Wholesale iRepair Return Policies

Dear Valued Customer,

In our greatest effort to provide you with the best prices, quality, and service, not only are we investing our time in building relationships with factories and vendors to increase quality and lower prices.

Returns must be requested no later than 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns must not be physically damaged.

How to Process an Return?

1) In the footer of each page under the customer service section click Returns or click here.
2) Compete the form to request a RMA#(Shipping instructions will be email along with the RMA#)

Within 24 hours of receipt of your returns, we will post a Store Credit to your account. You will be able to apply this Store Credit to your next purchase.

Parts we can take back

We will gladly accept the following returns. Items with non-working or partially working digitizers, white LCD, discolored LCD, non-functioning parts in their original condition with no scratches, torn, broken or missing parts.

Parts we cannot take back

Unfortunately, there are parts that we are unable to accept. They are: items with scratched digitizer’s or LCD’s, torn flexes, broken brackets, color conversions without the home button, or any other physical damage that causes the part not to be in its original condition.
